District 1 MAP
The deviation from the ideal population is 0.45% or 41,832 out of 9,355,321. The ethnicity breakdown in this district is 39.16% Latino, 43.79% White, 6.07% Black, and 8.35% Asian. The 2011 1st Board of Equalization District is comprised of Senate Districts 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, 14, and 16. This district includes all of the following counties: Sacramento, Fresno, Kern, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tulare, Placer, Merced, Butte, El Dorado, Shasta, Kings, Madera, Nevada, Sutter, Yuba, Tuolumne, Calaveras, Siskiyou, Amador, Lassen, Plumas, Inyo, Mariposa, Mono, Modoc, Sierra, and Alpine. This district also includes 51.2% of San Bernardino County and 14.5% of Los Angeles County. Cities include: 15.4% of Los Angeles, Lancaster, Santa Clarita, Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley.
District 2 MAP
The deviation from the ideal population is -1.00% or -93,132 out of 9,220,357. The ethnicity breakdown in this district is 26.16% Latino, 45.05% White, 5.8% Black, and 20.35% Asian. The 2011 2nd Board of Equalization District is comprised of Senate Districts 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 15. This district includes all of the following counties: Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Sonoma, Santa Barbara, Monterey, Solano, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz, Marin, Yolo, Napa, Humboldt, Mendocino, Lake, Tehama, San Benito, Del Norte, Glenn, Colusa, and Trinity.
District 3 MAP
The deviation from the ideal population is -0.26% or -24,286 out of 9,289,203. The ethnicity breakdown in this district is 46.18% Latino, 29.40% White, 8.15% Black, and 14.77% Asian. The 2011 3rd Board of Equalization District consists of Senate Districts 19, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 30, and 32. This district is comprised of all of Ventura County, 85.5% of Los Angeles County, and 3.7% of San Bernardino County. Cities include: Long Beach, Oxnard, Glendale, Torrance, Pasadena, Thousan Oaks, Simi Valley, West Covina, Burbank, El Monte, Downey, Inglewood, Compton, Santa Monica, Whittier, and Chino Hills.
District 4 MAP
The deviation from the ideal population is 0.81% or 75,586 out of 9,389,075. The ethnicity breakdown in this district is 38.86% Latino, 42.33% White, 4.79% Black, and 12.11% Asian. The 2011 4th Board of Equalization District is composed of Senate Districts 23, 28, 29, 31, 34, 36, 37, and 38. This district is comprised of all of San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Imperial counties. This district also includes 45.2% of San Bernardino County. Cities include: Loma Linda, Yucaipa, Morongo Valley, Corona, Anaheim, Huntington Beach, Chula Vista, Yorba Linda, Twentynine Palms, Yucca Valley, and Palm Springs.
