Zip codes by California Congressional Districts Format: District Number (zip) (count) (percent) repeated five times on line for as many lines as possible These conversions are derived from the registered voter files of the several California counties, and count refers to the number of registered voters who are in both a particular zip and Congressional District. Percent is the percent of the zipcode in the Congressional District, so if there are 1000 people in zipcode 91999, and 400 are in CD 95 and 600 are in CD 96, then 40% of the zip is in CD 95 and 600% of the zip is in CD 96. Zips with counts of less than one hundred state-wide are not reported due to the likelihood that these are typographical or reporting errors.
