Errata:

COUNTY			PROBLEM

095 - Solano		The numbers don't agree with what the SOS has, e.g. the county has 3,176 for John Edwards whereas
                        the SOS has 3,175.  For Clinton, the county has 32,129 while the SOS has 32,090.
