The reporting of the forced mail ballot vote and absentee mail ballot vote varies by county with some counties reporting forced mail ballot voters separately from the absentee ballot voters while other counties allocate and report their forced mail ballot voters with the precinct voters. Counties who reported all of the vote by mail vote in the absentees file and that have no reported mail ballot voters: 003 - Alpine 015 - Del Norte 027 - Inyo 037 - Los Angeles 041 - Marin 047 - Merced 057 - Nevada 071 - San Bernardino 073 - San Diego 075 - San Francisco 079 - San Luis Obispo 081 - San Mateo 087 - Santa Cruz 089 - Shasta 091 - Sierra 093 - Siskiyou 095 - Solano 111 - Ventura 115 - Yuba Counties who reported the majority of the vote by mail vote in the absentees file: 033 - Lake has a record of only 356 absentee voters. The mail ballot file has the remainder of the county's VBM voters.
