CID is a case identification number.

STFIPS is the State FIPS Code (32 for Nevada).

CTYFIPS is the County FIPS Code (or city FIPS code for Carson City).

CTYNAME is the name of the county (or city name for Carson City).

CD is the congressional district number (1-2).

PREC1 is the precinct name or precinct type (if there is one).

PREC2 is a numerical precinct code.
