Dataset:	2014 General Election RG precinct to 2014 General Election RR precinct to 2014 General Election SR precinct conversion file

Description:	This file contains statewide RG, RR and SR precinct correspondances. This file can be used to match precincts of one type with precincts of another type.

Geographic Unit:	The SR precincts are consolidated precincts and are a geographic unit constructed for statistical merging purposes by the Statewide Database. The RR precincts are created to reflect the geography as consistently as possible and are aggregations of RG precincts (tabular data). RG precincts are the counties' original registration precincts.

File Fields:

	ELECTION - 3 digit, election abbreviation

	TYPE - geographic unit(s)

	FIPS - 2 digit state code FIPS for California, "06," followed by the 3 digit county FIPS code 

	SRPREC_KEY - FIPS code followed by the SR precinct number or name

	SRPREC - SR precinct number or name

	RRPREC_KEY - FIPS code followed by the RR precinct number or name

	RRPREC - RR precinct number or name

	RGPREC_KEY - FIPS code followed by the RG precinct number or name

	RGPREC - RG precinct number or name
