        rr precincts in an ss precinct.

    These should be the same as for the g02 election.

    These  files  have the  usual registration  statistics in  them by
    registration precinct  (rgprec).  The  registration statistics are
    calculated the  same way as previous years and codebooks  for them
    may be reused.   These are statistics  for all  registered voters.
    Statistics  for   other  sets  of  voters   (absentee,  poll,  and
    non-voters) will be available later.
