        Statistics derived from voters  registered at the 15-day close
        of regsitration by g02 ss precinct.

g02_absentees_by_g02_ssprec.dbf

        Statistics derived from voters  registered at the 15-day close
        of regsitration who voted absentee by g02 ss precinct.

g02_poll_voters_by_g02_ssprec.dbf

        Statistics derived from voters  registered at the 15-day close
        of regsitration who voted at the polls by g02 ss precinct.

g02_voters_by_g02_ssprec.dbf

        Statistics derived from voters  registered at the 15-day close
        of regsitration  who voted  at the polls or voted  absentee by
        g02 ss precinct.

g02_nonvoters_by_g02_ssprec.dbf

        Statistics derived from voters  registered at the 15-day close
        of regsitration who did not vote by g02 ss precinct.

Notes:

        Some  counties do not have  voters  who  voted.  Others do not
        split voters who voted into absentee and polling place voters.
        Voters who  voted  plus  voters  who  did  not  vote will  not
        necessarily   add  to  registered  voters,  since  the  voting
        behavior  of  voters  is  derived from  data obtained from the
        county  and the  registered voter file  may be derived  either
        from  the  county  or  from the Secretary of State  file  (the
        general criteria si to use the source which is more accurate).
        Fifteen-day close registration figures will not necessarily
        match those given on the SOV file (they should be close).
