REG_RGBLK	Total registered voters contained in the overlapping area of the 2010 census block and the rg precinct 

REG_BLK		Total registered voters in the 2010 census block	

TOTREGRG	Total registered voters in the rg precinct

PCTBLK		Percent of the census block registered voters contained in the rg precinct 

PCTRGPREC	Percent of the rg precincts registered voters contained in the 2010 census block
