Oct. 15 1999	Provide a detailed plan for a) duplication of the Database in the form compatible with readily available mapping software and b) distribution of this Database to the public through the Internet and independent of the Internet.
Dec. 15 1999	Update the Database with the Statement of the Vote data by 1990 census tract for the 1998 General Election
2000	Convert the Database by 1900 census tract to the 2000 census tract within 180 days of release of the 2000 census tract geography.
Oct. 15 2000	Update the Database with Statement of the Vote data for the 2000 Primary Election by 1990 census tract.
Feb. 15 2001	Update the Database with the 29-day close of Registration Data for the November 2000 General Election by 2000 census tract.
Mar. 1 2001	Incorporate into the Database preliminary U.S. Census Bureau TIGER File adjustments.
Apr. 1 2001	Incorporate adjustments from the final TIGER file, if such file is available at that time.
