REG_SRBLK	Total registered voters contained in the overlapping area of the 2010 census block and the sr precinct 

REG_BLK		Total registered voters in the 2010 census block	

TOTREGSR	Total registered voters in the SR precinct

PCTBLK		Percent of the census block registered voters contained in the SR precinct 

PCTSRPREC	Percent of the SR precincts registered voters contained in the 2010 census block
